A Head Policeman, A Leader of
Hull council, A Social Worker, or A Dirty Corrupt Pervert?
Former
Humberside Police Authority chairman Colin Inglis has been charged with 14
counts of indecent assault in relation to allegations of child abuse.
The claims date back to the 1980s when Mr Inglis
worked as a social worker at a children's home in Hull. They were made by
one of the former residents.
Last year, Humberside Police asked the North
Yorkshire force to investigate.
Mr Inglis, who has strenuously denied the
allegations, is due to appear before Hull magistrates on Tuesday.
The chairman of Humberside Police Authority has been suspended from the
job pending the outcome of an inquiry into child abuse allegations. Colin
Inglis, 48, is being investigated over claims of child abuse made against
him by a former children's home resident. He denies the allegations.
His Labour Party membership has also been suspended. The authority said that
as Mr Inglis was no longer in the Labour Party he could not be a member of
the body. Vice-chairman of the authority, Graham Shroud, said: "Since
attaining the chair in January 2001 he has made a significant contribution
to the police authority and Humberside Police Force."
Mr Inglis was arrested on Tuesday by North Yorkshire Police, which is
conducting the inquiry.
He is currently on police bail

GUILTY - Are we all expected to believe this suspected paedophile was only
active in the 1980's, if so then the shrink responsible for his rapid
recovery during 1990 -2005 should be persuaded in explaining to the Medical
World and in particular psychiatry experts, the methods used for his
miraculous recovery so that the same treatment can be prescribed to all the
other known paedophiles worldwide
