Poxy Family Courts
Innocent and vulnerable parents falsely accused of abuse.
So that their children can be torn from them in secret.
To fuel insatiable secret industries of Care and adoption.
The beneficiaries; Guligans, charities and agencies with links to social
services.
All assured that their illegal and criminal activities are protected by
judicial secrecy.
The festering scab on the face of justice; the poxy Family Courts.
Many of the accusers are disreputable, flakes of the first order, tied to
the Guligans.
Ex-cons, false ID, false CV’s; forged ‘evidence’ and routinely fabricated
reports,
All rejoicing in this dunghill of imposed secrecy, their security of
tenure.
Palpitations at the thought that ‘justice must be seen to be done’, are
soon overcome.
It matters not that democracy weeps, that the ‘rule of law’ is cast aside
by Guligans.

Whilst Parliament is assured that ‘the secrecy is to protect the identity
of the child’.
In reality, the judges and Guligans are intent on protecting themselves.
The industry funded by tax payers, continues molesting its paymasters.
And the media, the press and public are wrong footed, threatened and kept
away.
Even elected representatives of the people are intimidated, lest the game
be up.

Judges wax lyrical in mock gravitas, wilfully fooling Parliament and the
public.
Judicial tyranny casts a protective penumbra over criminality posing as
Care.
Soft words; ‘in camera’, instead of ‘secret court’; conceal the truth from
the press.
An admission by Munby that such conduct is ‘indefensible’ is blown a
raspberry.
And Harriet’s disingenuous lament; “this cannot continue” , was only a
sound bite.

One day, Drake’s Drum will beat and bid follow; but only hollow echoes
will sound,
Remember then; “secret intimidation & criminality flourished in the Family
Courts,
You terrorised us, you tore our families apart, now go to Hell!”
It will be too late then, for apologies. The die will be cast.
Why should we assist in propping up corruption, and one’s own enslavement,
And the festering scab of the face of justice; the poxy Family Courts.

Never
again will we allow a person to be imprisoned without an open trial at
which there must be independent observers. If anyone is imprisoned after a
'secret trial'......a full blown national campaign will be triggered to
inform the public, the press, Parliament and beyond.......Even President
Mugabe of Zimbabwe does not have 'secret courts'...They are secret because
they cannot bear the press to report what is happening....Persons are
losing their freedom in a supposed democracy , and the 'rule of law' is
not being observed in operation.....'Justice must be seen to be done'...Or
injustice rules.
Democracy and being imprisoned 'after a secret trial ' are not
compatible....It is either one or the other! JF
